The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Don't like being told I can see rates and the having to receive phone calls.
You should just provide rates as I am not accepting calls
Your email said 2.19% 15 year rates and now you don't provide any rates. This is bull$#*!.
The message always says "see your rate now" but that is never what happens, and you always want a phone number. I don't want to waste my time or yours. If it says get results, we should see some type of result
Misleading marketing, which means you are lying when you say 2.5% interest rate in 2022. Your marketing/analytics team should be fired for this act of deceit.
I don't see actual offers and I don't like giving out my phone number in order to see offers.
It seems easy. But I'm waiting for the next shoe to drop because I've lost a lot of money from scammers and lying lawyers. Even after having an exceptional payment history for the last 7 years. Tom
It is very frustrating to put in all of the requested information and then not be presented with rates at all, let alone rates similar to what you are advertising. I've already spoke to Loan Depot and there rates for cash out are in the high 4s or low 5s.
I could look up my own lender list- no finance rates as per your ad
I was expecting to see some idea of refinancing rates yet you just collected my information and sent it to a 100 companies who now harass me with calls, texts and emails. Shocking.
I should have known, this is only a trick to gather my information so I can receive numerous emails and calls from finance companies who are fishing for business. Current rates are at: 4.- plus and your statement of 2.75 is just a lie.
Not sure about experience yet as I just requested info.
I have a whole year to find a second home for the family.
I'm looking for the 3.3% rate that you are advertising with free quote. So far all I've done is answer question after question and no rate or closing cost info. You gave me 3 lenders and their phone numbers and again no rate of cost info as promised.
JUST TROLLING FOR INFO. AND DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED BE PHONE UNLESS IT IS A TEXT AND NAME AND NUMBER LEAVING IT. OTHERWISE IT WILL BEL BLOCKED AND DELETED.
I would like to see the rates without having to speak with someone
A better stike for brokrage aaaab phi kren and eark nre
I was expecting to see mortgage rates based on the information I entered. Insted I was just shown two lenders and their phone numbers.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
