The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You need to provide rate and not forward the request to other lenders
Did offer rate, asked for a bunch of my info (thankful I gave incorrect contact info), and now you are going to swarm with a bunch of bad offers. This website is a dime a dozen. Crappy rates, grab your info, flood email and phone with calls. Glad I didn't give me real info.
This is scam as it says government program and now I see it's not
Just provide the damn rates without collecting my info
I do not want calls or emails. I was under the impression I would have the info from this site and
I have legal issues - I always prep the agents of complications and have spent HOURS AND HOURS with incompetent agents who lie and do a hard credit pill, discovery the legal red flags that I already told them about and waste my time and theirs… do not contact me unless you have a highly proficient agent who can work around a legal judgement issue
You are simply a middle man. Your commission comes out from our pockets. America extortion.
Yes. This is good job for student and best service.
Very easy to follow and I understand everything self-explanatory. So so far so good
Fast good accurate services to help me with what I am looking for in My property. Very thankful.
Tired of not getting answers when I get led to a site that claims they can save you money, only to be suckered into warding off obnoxious lenders like Rocket and Amerisave.
I can't stand Rocket Mortgage. If you do business with them I don't need you. We financed using them. They sold our loan before the ink dried. That caused the loss or taking of our prepays, like interests to date, home owners insurance, property taxes. Some how that all disappeared so we had to pay most of them twice. You should put in huge letters that they will sell your mortgage as soon as they can. We are now with some unheard of mortgage/ loan company that is very new or green handling mortgages.
Great we need a refinance rate below 3.75% and this sounds like you maybe can help us!
This is like a bait ploy. Someone will call me later. Of course I can get a call later from tons of sites. Should state upfront that the site is to canvas lenders to call me. Misleading.
I have nothing to rate just yet I'd say…
When I finished answering about 8-9 questions about myself and my situation, (which took me about 2min), and following f then given reference to a lender, that I couldn't even get the phone #, or even just the name, to say the least, of written down before this request prompted me in looking up
There is nothing more annoying than trying to find out information and within minutes get annoying phone calls. You can folow up with ONE email- do not be annoying with a response in minutes
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
