Not really sure I am seeing any rates so will wait and see
Just learned of this program I am 70 and barley can make the house payment. I am on ss and bad health. I need a walk in shower or tub for safety reasons. But right now I can't because of funds. I will soon be in a wheel chair and would like no ties so I can leave my home to my husband or son. I'm trying for Medicaid. I need other items in order to stay in my current home. Like bath room added to down stairs as well as a extended room. Also a driveway. I am the only house with no drive or garage. I am in a business district and right down from Xaver College. There is a new bike trail across the street. With in 3 blocks from I 71 and 6/7 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Hoping for much needed help to stay in or find another home with the above qualifications.
