The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not interested in rocket mortage and I believed I was filling out information for to provide a loan. Turns out I wasted my time filling out information so you could provide my information to other lenders who (1) I have to waste time providing the same information to and (2) In the case of rocket mortage will be calling me 30 times a day.
I hate that you ask for a phone number. Now I'm going to be harassed by eager beaver mortgage originators.

Phone calls immediately before the page or information is known. No one should be calling, especially not before getting a chance to read all the information.
Its not bad of a website, it's not the worst either
I only wanted to see basic information on home buying qualifications. No agents need contact me at this time, for overall I cannot relocate yet. I mean to waste no one's valuable time. Thanks.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
