The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's my wife's birthday I just need a small loan. Please
You said you would show me rates and now I will have a bunch of phone calls instead of lenders trying to talk me into refinancing.
I only wanted to see if I could lower my payment on mortgage. Didn't expect a lot of people to call. This is nice to find out.
Yes, its quick but, the lenders don't show the rates or detailed breakdown.
Great so far. My husband was a Veteran. Does that qualify? I have a VA Loan now.
Don't want to have lenders call me... I can call lenders myself!
I was led to believe you were going to offer interest rates as low as 3.75 apr and after I filled out my info, reluctantly, you did not furnish me any interest rates, instead state I will be called by lenders. I don't want calls from lenders, you need to be upfront on what's going on.
I don't trust you.
I believe you lied about the interest rate to refinance is 4.54% at this time.
I don't have any problems with my personal account information and I have received your reply mail with great results for recheck results and ect. All in all very good with all the time we need help for your understanding of what you are looking for, so thank you for your help and understanding, RA Sutton
This company is poor. They continue to send me emails after I begged them to discontinue, I filed a complaint with the federal government, and I have literally spoke with representatives of this company to cease and desist and they continue to send me emails. I am going to file a federal lawsuit.
This did not provide quotes and is nothing more than a nuisance
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
