The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I hope I'm not going to get a lot of call from lenders that can't really help me lower my mortgage.
Surprisingly lenders for fair credit had excellent credit but got injured on my state job as a nurse and was unable to return to ANY JOB IN NURSING OR IN OTHER TYPE OF JOB then COVID-19 HIT ME AND THAT ADDED MORE BILLS ON TOP OF THE OTHER BILLS THAT I ALREADY HAD
Input of answers to questions is slow and sometimes will not accept
Awesome thanks so much. Really good stuff you can get
You didn't tell me anything about qualifying. Misleading.
So far you haven't done anything for me so I can't rate you
It is so user friendly. Even a technically challenged person like me was able to enjoy using your service.
I dont like given out my information when I just wanted to check and see if it was something I wanted first. When you give out your info, you get a hundred million people calling you.
Talking to guy an told him expectations and THE SOB hung up on me...
Sooooo, SCRATCH MY PHONE # OFF
And don't call me anymore.
He thought I was a Dumbass and could SCREW ME OVER.
WELLLL, I've got 46 yrs in Banking
This scam stated I would be given TODAY's mortgage rates if I entered my personal information. I did NOT receive what was promised. Additionally, I NEVER pick up phone calls from numbers I am not familiar with. So this was a huge waste of time. I will be immediately hanging up on amy unknown phone calls and I will contact my personal lenders instead of dealing with this ridiculous scam.
So far, so good. But we haven't accomplished much either. I'm optimistic however. Thanks
I thought I could see how much I could save without having a bunch of calls and text messages
I simply asked for today's mortgage rate not for lenders
Immediate response from lenders. One caller, however, hung up on me when I told him I was presently on a reverse mortgage plan.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
