The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Sorry - I want more info before I answer the phone. You just called me and I haven't even finished.
Wish to just info online with out all the calls yet
I hate following a web link, thinking I'm about to see the information I was looking for, only to find out that someone just wanted my contact information so that they can then contact me! I was under the impression that you were going to be letting me know whether or not I qualified for some type of $350/month credit towards my current mortgage payment. The links I followed literally LIED about what I was clicking on and all of these companies participating know this web site is telling a lie. I despise dishonest people and businesses!
I did not get disqualified as soon as less than 50 thousand was owed and recent hardship brought credit rating from Good to Poor
Haven't really had experience as of yet with this lender
Don't want to be hounded by mortgage companies. I will not respond to cold calls from mortgage companies. Remove me from the call listing.
It feels like I will now be flooded with emails and this is not a new program. All I see is lenders to refinance my mortgage.
Your presentation is deceptive. I see no info on the freddie mac program used to scam my personal information.
The only thing I've done is fill out a form so far
I didn't click on this site to refinance. It was to see if I qualified for a reduction in my mortgage.
Look like just a come on like all have. I only need ******* loan and house is in bad condition, but land is worth more than iI"M asking for...
Advertising to see the savings in minutes, it gives you a list of companies to ok for,
This is not in minutes
I; m not sure. All I wanted isto see how much is it monthly to pay home off in 15 years.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
