The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

There are no rates listed and have to search through more lenders
I don't want to be bombarded with calls, just info.
Started getting calls immediately. Ad said nothing of getting unwanted calls.
I wanted an answer right away. You took my info and run with it
Totally misleading advertisement
Seems not quite as advertised. I do not want multiple companies checking my credit and having my info. Would like a general idea of the current rates before I must speak with lots of companies on the phone and give details to someone I do not know and have no idea if they are who they say they are.
Was easy to fill out and it took just a few minutes to fill
When i ask for rates i dont want people to contact me. GIVE me the god damn rate! Do not call. I did not ask for contact you liars
I like the way they are handing this is really cool Linda. Warren.
Kind of feel set up. Don't want a bunch of lenders calling me. I can call them my self. Wanted to see possible rates from government program.
Easy, quick questionnaire with clear instructions.
I think it's very miss leading,
I don't see where the discount is
Because it us not advertised right to me. Instead of saying a program to lower mortgage it should a program to get you to refinance. So getting to this page is not really what is needed.
Hoped to see something more concrete. Other lenders will latch onto this info and my phone will light up for weeks.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
