The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You said you would find a lender then you say they will call you. Your lying.
Simple to use, but I don't like being forced to give my number so that I get bombarded with phone calls. E-mail is OK, but if I want to talk with someone, I should be able to decide when that happens, and not be forced to endure numerous unwanted calls.
Not happy to give out so much personal information. I do not want any phone calls.
Just getting started hoping I can buy a my first home
I thought I would get a quote at the end of the survey and not have several lenders calling me.
I haven't really seen anything results because this question is blocking the information.
Skeptical about too many phone calls or conditions in "fine print" that will end up costing me more money.
Great so far. I'll make my final experience when I get an approval letter!
It was stated "find out how much you can save... lower your payment to..." But none of that appeared. Only more sales calls. Never mind... I will look into refinancing on my own.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
