The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's a little early to tell. I have just received a list of lenders
I don't want anyone to contact me, I'm just curious
Good, but I've only entered my information so far.
I just hope it goes this smooth the rest of the way.
This is false advertising. I don't need a call from a lender. I wanted to know how the program works.
$#*! you and your offensive advertisement. Hang donald trump.
So far so good.
Hopefully I will qualify to get a loan.
Marketing is great, content and answers, not so much.
I just want a dollar number... Not a Telephone Call... just send dollar number, and no phone call at this time!
Verry trash at showing the fortnite cheese emote... im very disaponted in your lack of efort for the faith of cheese, star wars.
I haven't even finished doing the information process of putting information in for the flex mortgage discount and a gentleman is already called me to see if I would like to lose them for a new mortgage rate
I knew it was a scam when i got to the last question.
So basically all this did was send my contact info to loan providers without actually giving me any comparison of the providers. I don't see how this is more useful than Google. There's no way for me to compare their rates, terms, etc.
I'm just trying to get a sense of what mortgage rates are - I now have 5 different companies calling me.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
