The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Would prefer not to have to provide my phone number. I don't want to receive multiple calls.
I'd prefer to receive the information that you say you'll provide without giving you all of my contact information because I know that I'll be bombarded with needless phone calls and emails. This is a deceptive practice.
Great it keeps me up to date and has amazing resources
I wanted to see rates before I spoke with anybody.
Clear & concise overall experience for my needs more
Sounds good, but that's just to get me to keep looking.it
So far it's okay, will have moe to say at another time.
My inquiry received an, almost, instantaneous response. I was impressed. Thank you!
I don't have any experience sound like a beautiful company
You are vultures I pay mortgage every month plus extra. You pretend that you will help great people pay off there mortgage faster. But what ypu really want is to charge us fees that are excessive and raise our monthly payments
Stop trying to screw good people
I've only given my address so far. Nothing to say positive or negative at this point
Very knowledgeable and seemed interested in doing the research for the loan
This would be a lot better if we could speak to someone.
Great have a very good feeling about this situation yes I do
It's just like the other lenders. All that happens is I get unwanted messages. No one has helped me yet.
Your Google ad makes it seem like you have a certain rate available at current market rates. You harvest my info, then all you offer is two generic click throughs. That's a bad experience and you should feel bad. Just kidding. But really, come on.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
