The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't want to be contacted. Your advertisement said this was a government program and I entered information to see if I qualified. You obviously lied. This is false and misleading advertising. Some may call it clickbait.
I feel like I'm being treated as well an fair considering my credit score
Where is the free estimate you promised? Just a trick to get prospects! Total Scam!
It's incomplete... Matches have not been provided yet
It was quick, hopefully it will pay off. My credit score is just fair due to being on a fixed icome for over 10 yrs. Life happens!

You are a scam job just trying to get people information to sell
Wanted instant results and all it did was take my info. Let the phone and email party start! Not honest!
Filling out questions was easy. But no quotes as advertised.

The add is misleading. It appears a person can get rate information, turns out it is a ploy for lenders to get your information without allowing me to see anything the ad made me believe was possible. Once again I was suckered into providing my information to be bombarded with non stop calls. All I want is to see current options with rates and financing options.
So far so good. Our credit has some problems, however we are trying to improve it.
Doesn't allow you to add you have no mortgage and doesn't give any type of information just gives my information out
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
