The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You suck not every body needs a half a million dollars
I didn't ask for no one to call me I asked for rates over the internet
Very serious about my house payments. Have not missedna payment since we bought the house(22 yrs)taxes and insurance
There isn't any information to make a decision on... just a link to a lender that might be able to help. That isn't helpful.
Talking to people they said all talk and no House to show!
This is misleading. I wanted to know the interest rate
Ad states rates but when you fill out the information all you get is links to lenders. VERY DECEIVING!
I just wanted to find rates. Not get 20 phone calls. Why do all sites make this so difficult.
Don't wanna be bothered. Just wanted to see a quote
So far so good. Let's hope I don't get bombarded woth calls and emails from lenders who say they don't provide the types of loans advertised by this website.
Don't promise to show me the rates and then get me to a point where a lender will call. This is some shady $#*!.
Calls came immediately from unknown numbers which I routinely block.
Was looking for information with in seconds of hitting OK I got 7 calls! I don't need to talk to someone I would like to see what is offered before the high pressure pitch.
Great experience super fast an hopefully helpful. I'm really checking it out to forward to my daughter
I IMMEDIATELY began receiving phone calls…while I'm at work. I simply wanted to know the information found on your website, which is TOTALLY misleading!
Immediately had a phone call from lender. I do not want phone calls. I will call myself directly if I want to discuss more.
It fake there will not be much difference. I have to pay more money in which I can not afford
This site doesn't do anything that you couldn't do yourself by searching the internet (wanting to refinance your home)
Seems fairly easy, however might be misleading when the details are given
So far I like your rates and I'm tired of all the bull... some of these company's just jerk people around.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
