The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Terrible! I got a call within seconds of typing in my telephone number. I'm not interested in talking to anyone. I just was interested in seeing what the numbers were.
Good morning I have just begun. I will continue and hopefully everything thing will be in God's will and timing great.
This is obviously a lead generator for a bunch of unwanted calls I will be receiving. I wanted some basic information about possible savings ranges. Not hard promises of pie in the sky, not to lock down anything just some possible figures to work with. Now going to be inundated with a bunch of nuisance calls. I so regret looking at your sight!
You asked me for information for that I could get some updates on current rates then instead of providing me with the info you gave my information to multiple third parties to have them contact me. Inappropriate usage of information.

It asked me questions about mortgage rates and payments that I did not readily have available and that I may have to call my mortgage company to obtain, plus didn't mentioned the inflation rate involved.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
