The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I am in the initial process of inquiry. The reason being that while in LRMC this past year. Serious health problem... l got behind in my mortgage by a payment... before l was always on time. L have continually been paying almost a thousand dollars each month... trying to reach a loan modification person at the Shellpoint Mortgage. New Rez Division... has been a challenge. L need to know if l am able to get a small sum using the home equity... to make up for the missing payment... l am 76 years old... my late husband is in Arlington National Cemetery... died in 1991... he was an attorney... as a direct result of the Vietnam War... has been recognized by the VA.
It seems like a simple walk u through the process loan.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
