The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You are not a lender. You are a marketing tool to actual bankers who lend money. You business model is to get a bounty for referrals to banks and lenders.
So far so good, I'll have to wait and see how good it gets at the end…
I do not want to give out my phone number. You insist on it so that lenders will drive me crazy. Cancel my inquiry. I already regret it.
Bait and switch. You said you could offer rates in your ad. Then you hooked me up with crazy high rate lenders.
You just clicked right along with no silly questions
To many commercials in YouTube. We are fighting back by clicking all ads, making the company increase cost. We are planning more. Be aware
I like your easy to process an application for a loan.
No rates were provided just a flood of phone calls.
I thought the rates come back to me electronically. So please remove my application.
Why do you call when you know people who work, can not talk during work hours and they do not want the other employees to hear that conversation.
Please email
I just want an estimate on line not calls. I am investigating. I haven't decided to do anything. No calls please.
I wanted to see rates - and you show me lenders and phone numbers
A trick to get calls from various sources. I thought this one company.
Thought by submitting this information it would advise how much cash I could pull out of equity to pay off debt and do possible upgrades
I expected to see numbers without phone call. Looks like i will be blocking numbers soon
I don't got anything yet give me some five star too
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
