The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Having to sign up for phone calls and emails to still not get anywhere is bs.
I thought there would be some more solid interest rates.
Thank you very informative and you did not give my info out.
It is really infuriating that I can't even make it through filling out my info before I start receiving endless call after call. I haven't even seen my results yet I have got 3 calls already for things I don't need or qualify for, which they would know had I finished or they looked first.
Good evening! So far so good as I was immediately contacted by one of your representatives. Thanks so much

I really dislike that I cannot see rates that I have to enter all my personal information and as soon as I hit enter I get phone call after phone call etc. I just wanted to know the rates being offered. The calls if you dont answer continue multiple times a day. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING
Let's just hope they found a company that will work
Your ad says rates are 1.99 and to check mine give info. I give you info and you send to a list of people to call me. I want more online info before I spend half a day talking to a bunch of different companies... Bill
Until I speak to someone and find out what my options are I can't give you an honest answer
Lots of good questions. However, I have not found any lending company that will finance the balance of my mortgage $*******
I just wanted to see options not be inundated with phone calls...
Nothing to say yet, haven't gotten anywhere yet nor have I spoken to any lenders, so. Can't say.
Other than filling out some info I have no experience here to speak of
You make seem you will get some info by filling out the info BOOM surprise hang on because your phone will be ringing all day for the next week not what I wanted. Wish things would just be honest.
I want to see my rates not receive phone calls.
Please Opt. Me out.
Finally we've been praying for this to happen. Thank you.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
