The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I wish they would respond to me by email or text. I hate all the phone calls. Asking the same questions and hounding me.
The calls began the second I submitted... no thank you remove my info. Add me to your DNC LIST
Need to ask for details to understand. Like the house is in a reverse mortgage in my name only. My veteran new husband is yet to be on it.
Great easy question just can't answer now at an appointment now
Would be better if they showed you a list of properties first.
I simply want to know how to refinance my son's house into my name
Don't want to be called. I'm watching my grandbabies. Please text for now. So far so good with Lendgo.com,
Thank you
Already got a phone text. All I really want is percentage rates
No rate provided but a phone number to call. Phones calls are very inconvenient and ask for same information that is provided in online form...
The service is not working properly. It stated in the advertising ad that you can qualify for some type of loan. Hum! Now once your credit is established here comes the real reasons. The credit repair process thats a fee trust they only taking our money. No before you go.
This is wrong. If someone is curious about this information, and they just want to see their options, you shouldn't be made to put in your phone number so these companies start calling you..
I was supposed to see what my new rate is and instead this is a mortgage company scam/ad.
Typical click bait. No real precise info. Just another ruse to get phone contact without specific information.
Our Technology today gives us Access to everything. I was just curious. That's all.
The app gets all of your personal information without finally relinquishing loan info. This is projecting itself as a scam.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
