The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Pleasant landing company because you left an email
I would like to know basic info. Before being contacted by a lender.
Well you ask me your address to a property I don't own yet for one other than that's pretty good
I just wanted general rate and payment info and suddenly I'm getting 4,000 phone calls before my request is even completr
I need money to folder more Education and also my business
The only problem I see was that I was not allowed to give exact numbers as to my property value or the amount owed on my mortgage. My property is valued at $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 and the amount owed on my mortgage is zero. My house is totally paid off.
Was lead to believe I would see exactly how much money I would qualify for. But instead I was given a list of lenders that would contact me. Also did not want to provide phone number at this point.
Because you blow threw questions so fast I know I missed three and you are no different from any lender but don't take into effect my disability and SSi are pending then I won't need you
Not bad, looking forward to compete my transactions
This is a full of $#*! scam! Don't bother sending me anything!
So far so good. Not sure if I will use your chosen lenders
Well do really know but it will be my decision to tell them what my house is worth I know what it's worth and want to borrow accordingly
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
