The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not good, your website mentioned you will give us home value
I didn't want any calls. The website said to see if I qualify. It said nothing about being blown up by lenders. I'm not int in another marketing scheme that gets me to provide my information under false pretenses.
I wanted to see some options, not have to deal with a barrage of sales calls.
Great, quick y'all look like y'all can help. You re company is fast with the applications process.
Dont like 10 million people calling and texting me. Why cant it be done right here?
Your add said you would give me a quote, all I see is a bunch of lenders wanting to blow up my phone
Your ad indicated I would have some figure to ponder on. It's a scam to get Infor from poor suckers like myself. I woudl have to reach out to each lender. Not what your ad indicated. SPam and should be removed.
Need to know how much I would be able to receive, payments
You claim offers in 2 minutes. No offers just potential phone calls
You say see rates but instead you refer me to another company, stupid
Rates, Points/origination fees, closing costs, etc. should be disclosed up front
My phone is blowing up if I had known this would happen I would had never went to this site, my phone is getting tons of calls and texts, and I'm not even off the website yet. Not cool
I just want to see what my rate would be without 100 phone calls
Why can't I just see the rates? Must wait for 20 phone calls and millions of emails that will never stop. I thought it said instant results. Waiting for call is not instant, it's annoying. My credit score is 815 it should be easy to see instant results unless a borrower is a credit risk. I'm also at approx 25% loan to value.
I have not mortgage as house it paid for. Doesn't seem to be an option here for that.
No rates or range of rates shown after all information given.
Form is asking for positive info before I know anything of value... too early to say
Misleading, was thinking I would see a list of rates not be put into a lender call pool. I would prefer to make my own choice on a lender rather than field calls from 5 or more lenders.
The application process was very quick and simple.
The application was simple. I think the call is generated too fast. The agent doesn't have time to review any information before the call. This process wastes time if a applicant doesn't meet qualifications. The agent would know that based on information in the application.
Would like to sell my land and pay down on a different home
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
