Researching rates and already got a phone call. I want to do due diligence and look at costs before the phone gets multiple cold calls.
It says see your rate yet at the end you don't see any rates. Misleading.

I clicked on mobile home for the type of home I own, but Rocket Mortgage does not refi mobile homes. I suspect you did not vet your lenders for this criteria.

Although, the experience of trial and error allows one to make better choices, when it comes to investing in real estate. Not to mention, understanding the cons and pros of the business.
