The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Before i finished submitting I was getting phone calls!
Researching rates and already got a phone call. I want to do due diligence and look at costs before the phone gets multiple cold calls.
It says see your rate yet at the end you don't see any rates. Misleading.
I was expecting an estimated dollar amount. Then I would have decided if I would like to speak to a professional.
Am looking for a rate not a call. Publish the rate! And please delete me from your lists that you obviously have. Now I'm sure you're going to sell my info and I'll be flooded with spam you say you don't do. Maybe you don't but these other guys do!
My mortgage is to high this gives me hope for the future
I clicked on mobile home for the type of home I own, but Rocket Mortgage does not refi mobile homes. I suspect you did not vet your lenders for this criteria.
I do not believe any company in the usa will refi a mobile home sitting on land i do not own. Can you prove me wrong?
I hate that they called bugging me before I even got to look at the offer.
I just want to view rates. I shouldn't have to get a million phone calls to see if I even want to proceed.
So far it has been easy to fill out. But very scared to make any step further. Hard to trust.
Well, my experience as a homeowner in this market has been a roller-coaster ride for me because being a novice at this we tend to sell when we should be buying and vis-versa. Although, the experience of trial and error allows one to make better choices, when it comes to investing in real estate. Not to mention, understanding the cons and pros of the business.
I would just like to see the rates and payment estimates, I don't want to be called via telephone.
I would like to see actual offers instead of having someone call back
Good good good good good good good good good good good good
I don't want a phone call. I want you to show me rates
Nothing has taken place yet for me to make a rating.
I don't want a bunch of people calling me. Thiught this was a message system.
You said you would give me the information in minutes. You lied; all you did was send salespeople to me.
Been quick except I have no 1st mortgage & would not allow me to go below $100,000
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
