The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Rather not have to give This Much Personal info due to hakers otherwise it has been Very Easy & Short process to complete
Though quick, I have barely started using this site.
Good and easy process for an initial inquiry on home buying process.
It would be nice to get a straight answer, not be shipped somewhere else
Can't send me lenders. Also I would rather call myself instead of having lenders ring my phone off the hook. Thanks
On my first call the representative was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel better about my decision to proceed with my purchase.
The person I spoke to at rocket mortgage was condescending and rude... he was he basically asked me repetitive questions seemingly for no reason... then refused to give me any info or answers to my questions... I requested to speak to a manager and was denied and hung up on
The process of filling out the previous forms was very easy to navigate. Now I will see if LendGo follows through with what they say they will do.
Tell me more about your company. Are you an FHA affiliated company
I wasn't interested in talking to someone right off the bat, rather seeing online if I qualified in taking out $ against my house (I'd have to talk with my spouse first right!). However my info wasn't even done processing and I have someone already trying to call me. That's messed up on A LOT of levels. Now I have to block all your numbers…ugh.
I asked for rates and payment amount. Received nothing
Everything was ready for me to enter my all of my profile very simple and no problems, Thanks!
*Not a whole lot of details, *raises hopes, too good to be true
Seeing the many issues, ifs, & buts without trying to talk me in to what's best for me

Gathering info with showing amount of money as advertised. Not happy with the results given
Seems simple to understand and easy to navigate the website
I'm not comfortable with sharing my email and phone number
It has been very easy to check and see if I am able to get a loan.
I was looking for cash out amount, this did not happen
Basically you didn't do anything. You just listed lenders. I didn't get any possible rates in my area
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
