The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's easy and straight forward enough. But they ask too many questions for my taste. I would prefer to make this inquiry anonymously.
Just beginning the process, not really sure where I'll need to use the cash.
Hopeful to purchase a home for myself and my three children
Quick and easy but I was not interested at this time
Quick, however, I'm not fiscally ready to take additional loan monies against my mortgage at this time. Perhaps 12 months from now would be better as my credit score rises. It is not doing well at this time. Thank you.
Please type a quick message about your experience so far
All you gave me was a list of lenders. I can do that myself.
I was just curious about the amount of loan that I could get along with the interest rate. I was lead to believe that there would be no contact. Before I finished the application, I had two voicemail messages wanting to discuss my "loan." This is unacceptable.
Click and see? No, your site is gather my information and send people flooding my email and phone!
There was no way to put that the house is paid for. No mortgage.
Well this is my first time I have no idea I never had it before my life first home and I prefer rent home
I just started using the site not enough information yet.
I'm on a fixed income and so is my boyfriend / coapplicant it's getting harder and harder to find a place I feel like I'm never going to have a home to finally feel the stability I so need in my life I'm facing alot of serious health issues I had skin cell cancer removed from my nose in 2020 and they found some other things such as mild emphazima and chronic bronchitis I just need that one chance
Do not like the fact lender's are calling before I see the results.
Didn't have choices that apply to me. I owe nothing on my home.
Misleading! I initially believed that I'd be provided potential loan terms on the spot. All Lendgo did was take my personal information and share it with companies that I did not authorize.
Straight forward, quick and effective, easy to navigate.
It's a fast and easy service but I just can't get a loan to save my life!
I don't want Lender's contacting me. It's just like these $#*!s calling me to sell me free solar panels. You all should list out a closing disclosure type preliminary report of what your Lender's that go through you all to get my information can do for me before I have to now deal with these guys calling me all $#*!ing day today. Lendgo is a cute $#*!ing name too. Should be called Letgo because you're letting go of your privacy by dealing with such a $#*!head platform.
Ok, was not a lot of red tape to go through yet hopefully there still won't be.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
