The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I like it quick fast faking a point thank you very much
This was supposed to give me an idea of what was available to me. Not happy that my info was used to call me immediately, etc.
I wish you had been up front about being contacted immediately via phone and e-mail. I know the lender I will use, but I thought you were giving me an ideas of what I can afford or how much equity I have to work with. Now I have my phone blowing up with calls I don't want. I wish I could erase all of this information before being aggravated with phone calls and e-mails.
The experience was definitely a tool in providing information to help receive assistance as needed during an emergency timeframe.
Having some one to help me with getting my house repair because I am a Senior citizen someone to help
$#*! you, you stupid mother$#*!ers. Your ad promised to show me how much money I would be eligible to receive based on certain criteria which I provided. But instead of displaying ANY information, my phone started ringing the literal second that I inputted the number. $#*! YOU! I don't want to talk to anyone. That's why I'm researching online.
Totally easy, and I would be grateful to get an email back so I can call you.
I wanted rates of interest and some quotes! Once again, like all the others all you do us throw my info out there and I get 15 to 20 calls daily from lenders who want hours of information instead
Not enough options to questions. We have no mortgage. We own our house free and clear.
I haven't had a chance to do anything so Midway on Stars so far

I have a home valued about *******. I don't owe nothing on my home. I have credit card debit of about 8-9k. I would like to pull ******* out my home. If I don't pay I loose my home, w hitch I won't!
If you can help help but if not please don't waist my time!
Didn't know it would submit my name to lenders. Thought Lendgo was the one doing the lending. If I was mortgage companies to call me I would have called them myself. Remove my name from your vendors. Rip off
No numbers? Just people to call? No thanks. Highly misleading and inappropriate. Social Media Posts (highly negative) to follow shortly.
I'd be surprised if I actually get it I've been denied everyone I've tried to buy one or sent to some other thing
I'm not comfy giving out info on phone, and getting the run around
So far, I haven't been given any idea of rates, in spite of providing personal information.
So far this seems to be a possible solution for my needs.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
