The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not sure of amount I qualified for? And not liking to give my phone number out.
Like that it only took a couple of minutes to complete.
I don't have any credit I don't owe anything on our property we just need some money to help right now
I would have liked more information about specifics on how the program works.
Not sure yet, hate when they redirect n don't show approx info.
All this did was get my personal information to send to lenders which I could have done myself. Now I have to wait for all of them to reach out to me. I really hope this doesn't put my credit score at risk with hard inquiries.

I just wanted to calculate monthly payment for a specific price. Your site wouldn't let me continue without all my info and then still didn't get me the info (mortgage calculation) that this website claimed to do. Waste of time and energy
Love it online better than any of the other companies out there offering loans at the rates and their prices
Want interest rates listed before being contacted. HATE getting calls all day and being transferred. List rates so I CAN CHOOSE WHO I WANT TO CONTACT.
It could be better like to get funding to buy My first house
I only wanted to see what payment would be with the current interest rates.
Not sure how u feel about your service. Not enough experience to make a decision.
Nothing to report, I only filled out my information.
Just show me the dam rates. Don't want to talk to anyone!
It was quick and easy sign up but hasnt dine nothing for me yet. So we will see. I doubt it will
So far looks like a $#*!ty fishing scam to get my personal information. Nothing useful. Should give rates and lenders for me to shop no 'promises' for a future call. This is why I hate the internet.
My bank sold account to another bank and then I found out that my account was closed and it was still closed but charging me for the new account and then it was way more money to pay for it.
Easy process so far, just browsing options for future reference
Very easy to understand the details of the loan. The representative was knowledgeable and very professional.
I only needed Info, I don't need or want a loan, just curious.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
