The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I just received a new phone, and really am examining it that it communicates well, then business will be affirmative.
I don't want people calling me! I just want to see rates! This is awful
I just want to see rates. I don't need my phone blowing up with lender calls.
Said that I could get rates of under 6%. Collected my information and just sent out my data to a bunch of lenders. Sounds like a scam with an unrealistic promise at the beginning of the process. Great bait and switch...
Hi sir, I am surprised to hear that the rates are low, and I am happy to hear that I can get a big cash-out with low interest rate and monthly payments.
Was very fast find lender's for me to see about a pre-approved thank you Debra
I was promised an estimated quote and was told to wait for a lender to contact me. Now I'll have to siphon through MORE spam emails and phone calls.
Well, it's like this. You do what all others have done. No help to me. I'm a Senior with low income and low credit score. It's like no one will give me a chance. I know if I could get money out and pay all that I owe. I can do well again and stay out of debt.
Tried to chat with top flight financal, but got no responce. Will try again tommorrow. Also form at top flight financial would not let me change states where I am.
Form is easy to complete, I'm ready for some company to get me back up on my feet.
Please do not call because I will Probably pay off my mortgage to keep from having to pay the interest.
...
Everything seems easy enough, we shall see what happens!
Can't say anything yet cause we have not talk to them
It was not a bad experience until I received a call from LOAN DEPOT. We had a bad experience with that company. So, NO THANKS!
Do you need additional paperwork from me, or just my credit score and current mortgage info?
Within seconds, I was receiving phone calls and text msgs. Not happy at all with this. You advert said you take privacy SERIOUSLY, APPARENTLY NOT!
I'm liking what I'm seeing so far but haven't completed the process entirely.
I hate these type of companies that just sell your information instead of you giving the information that you wanted. Why don't you include a percentage. No need to send my information to a bunch of vendors I think I have myself I'm not making anything easier. And when I do get a call I was saying there's no way I would finance with any company that uses Lendgo!
I had not thought about this process but it is food for thought.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
