The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You said you would provide loan info, such as loan amount we would qualify for. Interest rate, term, monthly payment. Instead you simply provided my information to a third party, a mortgage broker (without my consent.)
None nothing has been done for me and the 2 lenders I wouldn't use. Their main objective is to take your house.
Not much to say at this point, nothing has been done except for me inputting my brief information.
False information regarding showing interest rates now I'm subjected to relentless phone calls.
Looking for rates and this offered nothing other than email and phone call harassment
It is impossible to indicate your home is paid for.
All I am looking for are current interest rates, not too be referred to any mortgage companies.
Nothing happened, i entered my info and was asked to rate svc immediately
All I did was submit my info in less than 5 seconds I'm getting a phone call and I still haven't seen figures from any company. I was expecting to see figures and all I see are words and now being hounded by several companies as I've received 2 phone calls typing this message out.
Uncertain, and will depend on how this information is handled
Getting me through quick. Not having to do the same thing over and over
I only want a quote. I don't want to give you my phone number.and won't give me a quote until my phone number is written down. Thanks for asking me about the 2 stars. I appreciate you taking the time to find out for your company why I only put w stars.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
