The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very misleading. I got phone calls within 3 minutes of finishing this survey that I expected to get some sort of calculation and not harassment from mortgage companies
This is just one more of those shifty we won't contact you ads that sets you up for 6-12 months of 5-20 calls a day. Can't someone look up info without everyone thinking they're ready to go there? I'm sick of the lies!
Henry was very upfront and informative concerning where I am now, based on income and credit worthiness. He also told me where I would need to be in the future to qualify for enough of a home improvement loan to update my home adequately.
Easy to complete info but only want to know what I qualify for & will NOT answer any enquiries with out documented via text basic amount.

Very fast results,...But I was match with only one lender
I was mislead that I'd see immediate results, not that I'd be shown which lenders would contact me personally.
Misleading, says quick rates but still no rates and too much information requested
I only want emails or text messages I'm not going to answer the phone
I left my email for information. Not ready to talk with lenders yet.
The website said I'd have an answer in minutes. Now I have to take a phone call to discuss.
I am very early in the process and therefore I can not critique Lendgo at this time
The info promised was not provided, instead I received phone calls from individuals that were not helpful
It's not you it's my phone slow
You guy's doing Great
Making you sign up requesting information to overwhelm you with calls, when you were just trying to find out your equity
I don't like that lenders contact me. I would rather get the information and some details so that I can choose who I want to have the conversation with!
Not useful. I could have dine the same with a Google search. You're Just worthless a funnel for other companies

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
