The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Holiday weekend and assume contact will occur next week.
Very good opening statements but long process to get actual offers
You are to be trusted if our nation trust you, my apologies. There's so many scams, when people visit or click on ads or links in articles. So far you all have been great
This site I don't trust, it was from an ad like any other. If there was a link from a official state or federal American site that'd make trustworthy.
You had me answer all the questions and said you would show me all my matches once i did what was asked and guess what? You didnt, you said sorry we are unable to help!
So far I'm satisfied and waiting for a helping hand
I didn't see any rates and immediately got a call. Please remove my number.

It was at sum times frustrating but after a dozen ads and questions
It definitely was very quick I already have some calling me I just can't take their calls til this evening
Don't want a lot of calls, prefer emails. Typical experience.
Quick, easy, not a bunch of high pressure sales callers (so far at least).
It's ok, however I have not yet had any communication from lender
Curious to learn if I can further my future through this refinance program.
My experience has been satisfying and professional.
They stuck the $#*! up me and it felt so good filled me up with cum
This is just a way of getting people information to sell to lending companies
Helpful, interesting in working with you, some one who can help me
Information is written plain and straightforward. I don't like the games some people play.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
