The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I didn't want phone calls. Was looking for online information I could read. Im busy at work and phone calls will go to voice mail. Now int becomes a huge choice having to interview each company. Not the outcome I expected for your ad. Yuck.
Ease of getting to an answer. Would like written response before I talk to someone, to review the information and create questions.

Just like every other site, I have to get out all my information and have somebody call me which is something I never want because then I get solicitation calls constantly
I have been turned down flat out by everyone due to chapter 13 although I am 67 year old male medically retired business owner of over Forty years of handling millions of dollars in loans and financed several millions dollars in Vehicles, properties,Equipment ect. Having always meeting my Obligations maybe a late payment occasionally but overall kept probably a average 800 FICO score. I took a double whammy hen Doctors told me to get my affairs in order because my cancer had returned and during the sale of my business I was swindled out of o ton of money. I contacted my creditors to try and work out a solution of meeting my debits and they refused and forced my into chapter 13. My FICO scores are again back up to 680 720 range and all payments have been made promptly. What you people say with your adds are usually a bunch of crap because you don't look at each individual instead of a bunch of numbers!
All I wanted was a estimate calculator why do you want my info
The response was rocket swift. No time wasted to find my interest.
Ok was looking to see what my payment might be, not looking for a loan. You did nothing for me.

So far so good. But do you service the US Virgin Islands? Oh, and I don't have a mortgage
Always look forward me to Lexington law to improve credit
Didn't like that I had to give my phone number and email just to find a list of lenders. Don't see how that's relevant.
Is the money available? I know some of your lenders….I would like $300,000
Payoff $100,000 and disburse $200,000 to payoff other bank debt on reasonable terms
Your site says you will see what you may qualify for but then you say oops sorry, we can't tell you right now.
Why can I look at options without someone calling me
What, just checking on something's might want to do.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
