I payed 50,000 for this place. I'd like to get150,000.on a loan or to sell this place for having the cash to buy a small farm in the country with 5-10 acres to have animals and crops. This is a 4 bedroom full basement on 4 city lots could be commercial and a small business here for profit n the money that it will bring when the alturnitive I-69 comes through here and buys it up with mager possibilities on the profit to be made of someone had the overhead to do suuch a thing.

Extremely easy to understand and follow. I had no idea a refinance would be so easy. We have a list of jobs needed to make our home better, like new windows.

I wanted rates displayed so I could select who I wanted to contact as advertised. Instead, I have lender names and contact information I could have searched in Google to call/text/email me and harass me. This "service" is not a service. It's a Google search return. No thank you! Waste of time.

I have been given the run around too many times and I am at the end of my rope. I just want a simple HELOC to repair my home. My home has been in my family since 1951. My home is in a Trust and generated rental income. I am the Trustee of the Perkins Trust that owns my home. On August 2021, my home acquired some damage from a fire by an arsonist. This was his forth fire. My house is structurally sound and is very much repairable. I just need to get financing to rebuild my life and home. Thank you for reading my story. Pat Perkins
