The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Great she disappeared - the phone dropped her -this agent was lovely, very professional
Your advertisement is misleading and not what was expected by sending us to other companies and no immediate response was received
You are liars. Stated in the process that I had been matched with lenders in order to get my information and then proceeded to that you couldn't get information to me. I will not be using you or any recommended lenders from you because of this.
I'd rather call the lenders. I'm not a fan of getting back to back calls. Emails only would be a great add on option.
Application not even completed when your goons from your select agency start calling
Tell them to wait at least 12 to 24 hours and not 2 minutes
Please
Misleading. Now I'm going to have a bunch of people calling me when I was just trying to see an approximate mortgage payment
I did not ask you for a lender. I simply wanted to find out what my home was worth. Your advertising is very misleading. I am capable of finding my own lender. Please do not have anyone call me.
Hate having to give you personal information. It was all false, don't want this process to be used as a lead generation system
Call without name of company will not be answered. Prefer email to start. Our rate is 4.75.
I wish to know the mortgage value. Not to talk to a lender at this point
I am remodeling my house and this money helps a lot
So far good. I request that you DO NOT bombard me with trxts, emails or constant phone calls or I will block you.
Im just curious to see if I can actually save anything if I decide to do this as my current mortgage payment is under $400 a month.
Great although I'd like the option to request NOT to be called. I will only work with those that text or email me. Thank you very much.
This was relatively easy. For someone who just knows the basics about computers %
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
