The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I really haven't experience anything yet all I've done is started applying for a loan
But I was told that you are a Good company to deal with!
I thought that I would be given numbers. Please do not have a lot of companies contacting me. This causes too much stress.
Great job with the requirements, straight to the point.
Your wording and explanation on the numbers that need to be entered $#*!ING suck. I'm not a banker or real-estate agent and I'm supposed to just infer on some ambiguous wording as to what I'm supposed to actually input. I'm no rocket scientist, but I am an educated person with an engineering degree. So I don't know how you would expect the average moron to understand this. I'm not trying to be rude or mean, I really just want to give some constructive feedback so you can address and change it. Thank you.
I don't appreciate your taking my information to shop around. If there is a list as you offered, it should be a deliverable after completing information on your site.
I got the names of refinancing institutes.
However when I logged into Lendgo, I thought they are the ones who refinance.
No calls please; just would like to know tbe latest on the property.
Not doing the best for your customers
Didn't get a change to read message before it was covered
Have nothing to say right now nothing has been progress yet
Online it said I would get an estimate, but now I have tons of people calling which is not what I wanted. Unhappy customer.
I'm not sure how much the house is worth and I thought you all were going to tell me now or not send me to a lot of mortgage companies
Not having to answer a bunch of unnecessary questions.
I'm not ready to move yet. It would be in about a 8 months, just curious
I did not like that i have not had a chance to review these companies before they reach out to me.
Quick, just a few "Key" questions and I had my results...
Looking for a small mortgage to reimburse my home equity loan used for home improvements.
Your site was misleading that it would provide an estimate and work with the customer directly. When instead you take information and sell it off to other companies to do this service. Disgusting.
Disappointed. I wanted to see the repayment amount. Instead, I get more details. This is a nothing but a lead generation device just as I suspected.
I just wanted to see the rate like you advertised! Not to have companies start blowing up my phone.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
