The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Good helpful information finding a lender who will help fulfill my home buying need
I have no mortgage is paid for don't know if this will help me
This was faster and easier than I thought it would be thankful
Never got a calculated amount on what my rates would be or what monthly payments would be
It's good I liked how explained everything out simple

I am very happy I found your site, I get $1400 a month and will work with your bank and make my payments on time. Thank you
Hello,Charisse Williams Deaf. Hi good Afternoon how are you. Ok. I look nice smell Apt fine out Los Angeles CA *******. Street Compton Ave. Ok
Easy to understand and walk you through the steps thoroughly
This is a classic example of false advertising. Your service is simply a lead generation service for lenders, and the "process" I went through had nothing to do with providing me a quote, but only to generate a qualified lead, complete with contact info for which you will be paid by one or more of the lenders you show here. And I will have to go through a standard qualifying application process with one or more of these lenders. Weak!
Whoever this is is f****** with me hard and then I just seen him when I think I said Johnny Apple seen or seed now who would know that that that's my cousin's name you know I try to reach out to them and the bloods were side of my family like you know this is actually driving me crazy we're almost killed myself I can't I can't go forward anymore
I'm usually a very good financial l risk, I helped my sons and got screwed.
This is a nothing step, and you haven't really shown me any numbers so how am I saving. Seems like I'm losing, time, time is money, since now I get phone calls from people who will use my time.
Just thinking about this. If we have to take out money for home repairs.
You would not accept my actual email of 20 years
*******@me.com, so you could never email me. So text me at *******136, and your form process is very broad, to get actual info we would have to talk. I am the victim of identity theft and fraudulent loans that affect my credit but I never opened them. When I report the fraud to the institution contacting me they do nothing to further investigate to allow me to improve my credit
Just wanting to know if I decided to take out a loan approximately how much would I qualify
Someone called me immediately, and I was surprised.
You didn't give me a quote. You gave my information to lenders and I have had four calls before I even left your web site.
Broker was cool, just not sure if you have a good fit loan for me
You are asking for too much information. I don't want to be pestered by calls from lenders which I think this will turn into.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
