The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm just hoping we can get Pre-qualified for us a home.
Ok, but I'm not looking forward to my phone ringing all the time with sales people
Fast and easy and helps take a load off my mind and my heart. I inherited my home and so desperately want to keep it.
If I can qualify with using your match lender program it will be a great accomplishment buy if not it could be deviating so won't know until completely finalized or denial from lender guess it's 50/50 right now
So far, I am happy to hope for the lowest interest rate. My home is paid for and no mortgage.
I love to see you guys in good working you worked with peoples
Hope this is not a rip off r someone stealing my information
Own house what can I do to.get money for fixing house
Very good offer provided it's legit and can help me. I need help because I lost my husband due to congestive heart failure and now I am struggling to make ends meet.
"see your quotes" is a joke. I don't "see" any-thing. I have to call somebody or listen to a spiel but there is no "see" about it. If I wanted words the dictionary is full of them. I want numbers and calculations and facts.
I like the idea that I am not being charged a fee to see about places that is available to rent to own
I had more questions. I was unable to talk. The person hung up. I don't need mortgage help. My home is paid for. I-was looking for help for help with some hope repairs.
Hopefully not just false hope,,like so many others.
Hopefully it will remain positive throughout the process for us both.
Well I'm just trying to look at some of your homes maybe I'm might be interested in buying one I'm not wanting to sign a new lease on the rental apartments because I'm used to the house and I want to be in the house
It Has been great, I am excited to see how it all comes together.
Advertising 2.5 fixed rate but eventually forwarding the lender as a new quote. Misleading email
Do NOT want my phone blown up with solicitations.
The site read, as if, I would receive a report.
AGAIN, NOT interested in solicitations.
Are you just obtaining information you did not send or provide any information you wanted more
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
