The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You are helping me when I don't have any experience in refinancing
You asked if I wanted a valuation on my house, and instead you gave me mortgage companies. You lied, and I hate Rocjet!
I shouldn't have to rate my own credit.
Asks for too much personal info for nothing helpful in return
Just a little concerned. I didn't see any rates listed for the loan details provided. That makes me suspicious.
So far it's looking pretty good for me hoping that I can get to match that I want and get done with my own me and my family thanks.
I'M FEELING TOTALLY AWESOME THIS MORNING. YOU KNOW WHY? SIMPLE BECAUSE GOD WOKE ME UP AGAIN THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY... WITH MY FAMILY HEALTH AND STRENGTH ALL STILL IN TACT.AMEN, AMEN!
The advertisement showed an interest rate and once I completed the form, not a single interest rate was given. Horrible experience.
Because you lead me to believe by advertising a low rate that I could get information with providing simple information. I wanted rates instead it was typical bait and switch now people will be calling me, I'm not interested in talking to people today, just looking for some initial information
I came to see how much I could possibly refinance my home and instead of getting an idea, all this is is a $#*!ing click bait bull$#*! to get my information to hound the $#*! out of me with phonecalls. $#*! you!
Id prefer to have THEIR info and contact them when it's convenient for me to talk. I DESPISE THEM ringing my phone constantly at times that I cannot talk. Its annoying as hell and it's why I don't usually complete these things online.
I haven't seen any results yet so I can't tell you about how I feel about this.
I am like how they are making Me apart of the what going on with the loans
Awesome it was pretty easy to complete the information if you didn't know something it was very helpful
Top Notch, professional, very happy with your service
Making answers available quickly. Ad was simple, concise and offers HOPE!
Couldn't help with my loan needs but pointed me in a direction that would better suit are needs
I haven't completed the survey enough or the questions enough to answer this
I think I should be able to see my results and not have to get a phone call
Easy app but don't like all the calls from all the company's an they ding your credit with credit checks so it does hurt your credit they all don't do soft pulls fyi
So tired of having to give out so much information to just get a amount, interest rates and payment.
How can I rate something that I haven't even had a chance to look or get info from.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
