The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

This is very deceiving. I was looking for a rate information not to be solicited with phone calls.
As long as my credit doesn't matter or is even checked is a blessing
In the past I try to get my house refinished with no equity to lower my payment and they said they couldn't do it because my APR was too low my APR as is it's 2.25% and when I try to get a cash out for Home Improvement they told me that I can't get a cash out until the repairs are done that's the problem I'm running into with all these loan companies so if I can't get a cash out to use it to do my home improvement then why should I spend my money that I have in my pocket and turn around and ask for a cash out the reason for a cash out is because financially I don't have it to do my home improvement that's why I'm asking for a cash out but they told me I can't get the cash out until the repairs are made and I think that's pretty BS to me I just want to see what you all will say I didn't choose let me go I'm just trying to find a easier way for me to get a cash out so I could do a home improvement on my house but all I'm asking was to lower my payment on my mortgage call me I couldn't do it because of my APR being 2.25%
I don't know what I'm doing yet.lol
I guess pretty good.

Hate giving out info before actually getting any of the info I'm looking for
Ad for quick information. No information directly available. Way too much information collected without any information.

Porque me ayudo en mucho lo que yo busco Dios la bendiga
It's all fine and we'll until they all start calling. That's why a lot of people don't look at things like this on line.
Seems fast will rate better when I receive my loan
You didn't give me the specific info promised. Doubtful that I would work with any of your lenses because of your failure.
The best thing that ever happened to me I want them to go how do i get them out they have got to go they no all
The questions have been straightforward and easy to answer have been very pleasant to look at their graphic design web page and so far even with my bad credit they seem to be giving me lots of options.
Of course it's usually after this point that website offers usually fall silent or dead once they have done the work of soliciting their site to you. I guess we'll have to see if another two stars will be required but that's far on a three-star scale, I gave him a perfect rating thus far
This site is not an actual lender and sends you various lenders with no rates. A waste of time!
I thought I would be able to see something online based on what was implied. Now, I'll get phone calls that I don't have time for. I thought I could find out some basic info on this site.
I entered my details and was not provided with any meaningful information.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
