The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Didn't want call yet just wanted an idea of what rates were
If you call me there needs to be a human on the other end.i don't wait for people
I was expecting info to be presented online and received three calls within seconds of me hitting see lenders. No what I expected or wanted. Very misleading presentation by the original webpage.
Still don't trust that no one will badger me to do a deal regardless if I'm ready or not.
Didn't give me any information just a number to call
I don't understand how this works, and I also probably didn't fill everything out correctly. My house is all paid off. It didn't have no place to put that, and I also don't understand that if I don't owe anything on my house, and my credit isn't good, why I can't still get a small loan. With my house as collateral, and if I don't pay back like I'm supposed to you can take my house and you would make 10x what I would get as a loan.
I don't like that my phone is going to be ringing at anytime.
When people are searching online for information - they do not want to take phone calls that very minute. I finished my information less than 1 minute ago - expecting to see data - instead I have received 8 missed phone calls from Mortgage representatives
Should have mentioned the calls I started getting! Why do you ask for a Ph# anyway? I just wanted info about rates.
Website is good, but after answering all the questions I was not given any options that would approve my loan.
No info provided after filling out application.
Matt was a very nice person to get some info from. No pressure at all. Very much appreciate his approach and Attitude.
Very pleasant facts given friendly and professional
Easy to read and understand- will wait to comment on how much I am harangued by salespeople into making a quick decision. My feedback may drastically change if I am unhappy with any future issues
I wasn't happy that someone from rocket mortgage called before I completed my form with you. They requested personally identifying information over the phone which I was not comfortable in giving. Otherwise my experience with Lendgo is good so far
So far it's been very pleasant and okay for right now I'll see what else how further sis is real deal
I feel as though I was mislead by your app under false intention. Your app did nothing it said it would do. I was provided with lender contact information not an equity cash out dollar amount as advertised. I can search for lenders much more efficiently without your app. Including this review you have wasted 30 minutes of my day. Had there been an option for no stars I would have clicked that.
No set rate or estimate given. Seems like a waste of time
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
