The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I needed help moving a vehicle and repair work and I couldn't believe it they helped me right away as soon as I called it was the best experience ever you got to try it
Very easy process but not wanting calls just inquiring through your process only.
Was interested and your ad came up at a good to see
I never got the information that was advertised. I should be able to get an estimate without have to talk to a sales person.
So far so good just the same as all the other websites
It seems simple. Which happens to be a red flag. I hope I don't get burned. I would rather stay in my current situation if that would be the case. I'm not desperate.
Easy to use but wish it would give cash estimates quickly
This is not what they had promised, they said results right away. Misleading…

I haven't gotten anywhere to know how my experience is. I wasn't able to answer a few questions correctly. I don't own no mortgage, no loan, no nothing on my house.
This is a bait & switch scheme that implies that I can see the savings in minutes. But that's not entirely true, because now, after I have given away my phone number and email address to unknown lenders, I still don't have a clue until a Lender calls me multiple times a day for weeks.
My experience is wanting to invest in something so that way I can make my own money, I'm here now in want to upgrade in have my own home in make it look updated, and feel so good about things, work and come home to something I deserve to come home too, see my kids happy and b proud of me,
Te mienten diciendote que se toma solo 2minutos para calcular y es mentira,al final no hay resultados
I hate dealing with middle men, it's just a waste of time if you can't do the financing they don't get involved with helping people finace
Ok, I had never thought of doing anything like this
Good, except I think I am going be the target of a bait and switch.
Not comfortable with the immediate calls & texts from possible lenders, the moment I entered my phone number.
As long as I'm not irritated with phone calls, that's what infuriates me
I came here to get current rates. All I've done is answer questions so someone can call or email me! Waste of my time.
I want mortgage rates and not a obstacle course on your website.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
