The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Website relatively easy. Immediately inundated with phone calls, which is annoying.

I've been overwhelmed with calls from the moment I entered my phone number.
This makes your process appear to be nothing more than a call room.
I didn't even get done filling out my info and i started getting call. I would like to make a decision without being called.

It did'nt show mw anything rates? Terms? Nothing only phone numbers.
Instant results- instant message saying you'll be contacted by multiple solicitors. Not what I was looking for.
No body likes to be Misled. U shouldn't lie and act like u have something to offer as far as specific rates just to put u with a bunch of different lenders to blow up your phone and have to delete from your email.
If I own property out-right and looking for employment, do I have any options for borrowing with a loan on the property? If so, can you email me the options? I greatly appreciate your help!

Interested in a Home Equity Loan (HELOC).

I don't appreciate being required to divulge my personal information when you haven't been as transparent. You should still be able to provide me the information without my phone and address. I should be allowed to reach out to you instead of being spammed by companies contacting me.
My phone rang instantly after i entered my #.
Remove me from your list
You ahve a ll of my info and i have no details whatsoever about your loan programs or lender rates... so...this is a waste of my time
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
