The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Didn't give me what you told me you would... I have no information on how much you can lend me do not want a phone call or an email.
You promised a loan amount and you didn't deliver,! This is exactly why people don't use the sites because you don't deliver! Just another sales scam
Don't call me email whe information I requested please
Required me to provide contact info assuring me I would not be spammed, never provided me with quotes and I'm already receiving calls
You need to add one more option for mortgage balance owed. My home is paid off so I don't have a mortgage. That is should be an option on the questionnaire.
Not showing interest rate before contacting me, initial contact stated 4.9% feels like a scam
It's too early to make this kind of decision for a rating more than a 3.
Hurt because I only wanted to get a loan for 49k - 99k don't want any thing higher then that, there homes for those prices in this area!
No rates given. They just give your phone number to lenders and you get inundated with calls.
You did not ask if I wanted to be contacted, which I do not. This is very annoying. If I want to speak to someone, I would call (usually after I have read all the information and developed questions).
Great haven't experienced anything just about to get on site now. Thanks
I don't know what the h***'s going on You're make it very hard to pick out a rate
Looks like a click bait! Didn't get to see my real rates.
I came here to get a quick simple answer and ended up putting in all of my personal information just to find out I still would not be able to get my answer.
It's good to have attention for my mortgage concern
Happy to see we have a possibility to upgrade our home
Your sites response was fast at calling me but zero information has been presented to me for evaluation. I was hoping to see the data before I spoke to someone
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
