The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Just a bogus data gathering exercise with no real help!
So far so good. Waiting for the 'your credit score is too low' or the 'you need to fix your credit and reply' bs that always happens. If I could fix my credit, I would.
I was expecting a written report not lenders constantly calling my phone. That's annoying and invasive
It says it would show me what I might qualify for and instead it has people call me. I do t want a call I just want an email with the info.
Rates were not listed and I had several spam calls.
Great so far but I did not refinance yet at my house
Awesome, this was real easy, I really appreciate the fast connection to this program. Thanks!
Quick survey. NOT happy with necessary phone call to advance experience. Could do better on process.
I'd like to see an approximate answer by email. I don't want a phone call.
I saw no approximate rate on the screen at the end of the process after giving my info in good faith.
Understand I won't be reply to email adds or phone calls from any of these party's and I'll be hitting all the lenders on Twitter etc to inform them of how you are using their name.
I was expecting an estimate not a barrage of phone calls.
Number is I feel like I'm being judged. No I dont have a lot of money to play with but I'm true to my words. I will pay my home off.
No option to do everything by email. Get too many phone calls as it is. Prefer email minimally for quotes.
Need to get home fixed and trying to get a vehicle to go to appointment
Great service and an easy way to check on how much you can borrow.
I just wanted to see a range of rates. And, I will never use Rocket Mortgage again. Too many fees.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
