The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Ok. I did not want phone calls I just wanted an estimate of the frog mortgage rate for a 30 year loan snd estimated payments. Not phone calls
Too aggressive...waiting for written guidance, not phone calls
I thought there would be some quotes with me making a decision. Not 1500 phone calls within minutes of completing your fake form. How much do you get paid per phone number you issue out?
I hoped to get an answer through the internet rather than over the phone.
It did not provide an actual quote. The webpage just sent me to other lenders. Credit Karma does a better job by providing quotes from those lenders.
Super User Friendly. Not instantly harassed by instant sales associates immediately trying to sell me on sealing a deal, without me not at all desiring to deal with that at all, to the point I would normally walkaway instantly from such seemingly predatory financial business tactics, etc. Definite deal breaker for me for sure.
Very misleading and manipulative tool with a strategy only to get my email and sell it to lenders. This is a horrible site and will never use or refer to anyone interesting in getting a mortgage to use this ineffective tool.
Was looking for info or to be harassed by phone calls or emails
Can't talk on the phone. Working 3 jobs. Wanted a way to talk by messaging or email. After everything this was not a good option for people like me
It was literally so easy! I just put in my information & I was immediately matched with several lenders!
Tells you to see quote not send to email or get calls so I won't accept anything. Thznkx
Good News concerning cashing out equity and getting lower payments monthly
Initially you were showing the interest rate. After providing all the info. The most required thing is showing the probable interest rate, which is missing. Looks like all you needed was information.
Your site suggests possible rates will be displayed. That didn't happen. Now my details have been sent to possible brokers - I didn't want that!
Need to show rates so I can decide who to give my information to.
Excellent I feel like this would be a good fit for me
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
