I just got on, all is good but I want atleast 100,000 to $125,000. I HAVE PUT OVER $125,000 IN WHOLE PROPERTY. I ONLY OWE LIKE $33,000, on property. FINANCED ALL WORK. Now need to pay those bills & get all bills pd.

Finding lenders for me was quick, but none of them show the rates or closing costs, so I don't know which one(s) to choose. I want a low rate and no closing costs to refinance, so this list is only a starting place. Not as helpful as it should be.
