The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I only wished for a general idea. Not an application process
Hate giving my info and then get bombarded with calls emails...
We haven't done anything yet?! Why are asking how you've done?
I read and understood from Website that at my completion of your questions, you'll within MINUTES let me know if I qualify and if I do, tell me how loan you can get. But now, after I complete answering your questions, you DID NOT WHAT YOU PROMISED, but rather told me your agent will call me. PLEASE DON'T CALL;email the information to me. Thank you
The email is for Barbara wife. She will be able to call you back at around 7:00 pm. Better yet give an email quote base on the present. She is the only one responsible for the mortgage. And If something happens to her either stay in the house and/move to Klamath Falls, OR
But don't like to talk to people. I don't hear well
Misleading. Why can I not see offers. I do not need a phone call, untll I have an idea of choices. Need more info. Not a call.
Your home page showed a set fixed rate. I input my information to see more information on that rate, and was taken to one random lender with no rate info shown. Misleading home page. Click bait. Not cool.
Not sure it is real give me some real facts. I can check.
Just show me ballpark rates. I don't want to talk to lenders unless refinance rates exist that are lower than my current mortgage. Waste of time and I hate sharing my personal info because I know I'll get spammed.
Original ad appeared to have lower interest rate option available. When adding information, it only connects to other lenders and then you are spammed with many annoying calls from these various lenders.
Hopeful ;) and wondering and looking for change...
Give me the info up front, I don't want to speak to you.
Im only looking there hasnt been an experience yet other than answering questions so haven't got an opion yet.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
