The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I have to wait for lenders to call, could not see results.
So far so good, I got matched with a few lenders very surprised
I was shocked how fast they got back to me with information
Do not know what to expect. I have not had a lender for my last 4 homes
No one offers 2.25 APR on a 30 year fixed loan, why advertise that way
Seems like I'll be renovating my house, and upgrading it also,if a lender helps me.
It seems like I'll get help, so we'll see.
Spammy. I was expecting offers with prices and interest rates but gave me more companies to fill out more information. Will report this as a spam page.
I know I will now be bombarded with phone calls. I wanted to receive info immediately without the hassle of calls. So I WILL NOT BE ANSWERING ANY CALLS. So DO NOT BOTHER CALLING or texting
I received an email stating that you are offering mortgages at 2.25%. So far, I have not had one lender quote me a rate anywhere near 2.25%. They are telling me rates are 5% to 7%. Why are you wasting my time with this bull $#*!?
It was good. I did not like them trying to call the second I typed my number in.
If I wanted to talk to someone, I would call them. False advertising. "Will get an answer right away." Waiting for a phone call or email is not right away.
This site is a joke. I will never use it again. You advertise rates but I cant get rates. Just a scam looking for my info so you can sell it. What a waste of time. You offer nothing that I can't do myself by simply searching the web.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
