The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Say u will have answers in minutes but just a referral to have others contact u
I feel like it's false advertising in a way because after filling everything out. I still know nothing more than what I started and now I'm going to have a lot of spam calls and emails ugh thanks for nothing but more stress
Very quick, my phone began to ring before i got the list of providers
Alright, I use to own two houses there, & knew all the people in that area, including the Chief of police, his dad, the boys next door, their mother, & most of the people going all the way to the dead end. I hope you know how valuable houses on a dead end street are, esp. The ones, where people can't stop, party, & throw their trash out every where, hint, hint.
You call me but then no one answers when I say hello
I hope I can get help. My house is falling apart in can't keep it up like before iretired.
Too early for me to talk by phone. The lenders bombarded me, don't like that!

It was very direct and was easy to understand and fill out the questions I thank you
Questions are simple and quick to answer. Do not try to contact me during the evenings or early mornings because I'm not available during that time.
Your ad makes it seem like I can get the calculated results of how much my new payment will be if I refinance & get various amounts of cash back BUT after entering all the current financial info on my house you still don't give me any information or a guesstimate of a possible new house payment if I refinance & borrow various amounts against my equity without having to talk to someone on the phone1st. That's sad. Sincerely -M Sutton
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
