The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Where are the rates? The search was for rates. Now you are shoving lenders down my throat. I wanted rates.
I don't want all the calls until options are shown
Do not want unrequested cars made just because I complete it your inquiry. That is invading my privacy and I could easily call companies when I am ready to discuss this matter further.
Had rather not be contacted, prefer to know rates etc for each mortgage company offers and. Select
Bait and switch. Wanted online experience not three simultaneous phone calls.
I absolutely HATE that you can't see basic information without putting in all your contact info. When you do that, the phones BLOW UP with "offers"... Dude, just let somebody do some research first.
Pointless. I googled "what are today's refi mortage rates and then this website just asked for a bunch of personal info and then just suggested i use rocket mortgage.
I will let you know after I have invested some time in this
Hope we will be able to get the lowest interest rates.
You advertise that you will provide rates by filling out the info, you don't provide rates instead I get inodiated with calls and text of lenders. That's false advertising
Stop click bait, when you won't show any information
I gave wrong number, because I knew you will be spamming me later
So far it's good but I would prefer to rate after I am done
Easy to apply but most of the time does not give better rate
No questions regarding my yearly income? This must be just a commercial. How can any lenders make offers w/o ALOT of info lendgo didn't even ask about
I'd rather not receive calls but instead view the rates online.
Only filled out questionnaire waiting to speak with lenders
I have no positive input about this company yet I am rocket Morgage I understand you can low on my right eye have a good equity in my house. I just put in a new roof and solar panels. The warranty on the move is for 50 years so looking for a white mortgage company to help me meet my goals.
It was fast, we will have to see if they will loan us money on a house we own free and clear
The initial ease of this process has given me a much needed degree of hope that this just may be an answer to my prayers, enabling me to remain in my much loved home (of 46 years).
You are fishing, I only wanted the information you offered without being contacted.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
