The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Pretty awesome, and hopefully not a scam…. I need to get away from Mr. Cooper.!
This site didn't give me any answers, I need to get the info so I can make an informed decision.
I haven't been in touch with anyone yet, but I hope they don't start pushing me to make a decision right away.
I am not trying to buy a house, just basic things and a little food. I'm having to beg for toilet paper and such. I have no friend or family. I know my credit isn't excellent. Just like 300$. For now
I feel misled.
You advertise as if YOU are the lender, when you are just selling my info to other lenders.
Betting now I'll be getting gobs of calls, emails, etc.
You should allow the potential customers to call the lender. Majority of clients hate all the calls. Especially when you are serving potential retired mortgage professionals.
Your company has the right idea. Unfortunately it does not look like anybody is able to help me. Thanks anyway
Ok, but I thought that I could get info w/o bothering a bunch of creditors.
It's been fine, although, if you have my email you shoud'nt need my phone number the constant calls are really annoying!
Good. However, I may want to sell in two years, will I be able to sell at a profit?
Will prices of houses increase in value like other houses in Oakland County?
Asked for too much information and it's misleading.
I was especially disturbed by getting turned down on the small loan I was asking for.
Once again I can't get a loan because I live in a manufactured home! I'm so sick and tired of being treated like a second hand borrower! Even though we may live in a manufactured home it does not mean it can be towed away! You have to change your ideas and get with the program!
I want to take some vacations and I just can't afford to go anywhere but my house is paid for
I want to go on some vacations. I haven't been able to afford to go anywhere..
I don't have a mortgage I own the property outright and need to borrow a couple of thound and want yo know what interst I will be charged and the length of the loan.
You did not present refinance rates as advertised you sold my information to lenders. Very misleading!
No matches and I don't trust that it won't affect my credit which is finally going up
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
