The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Never provided actual rates. Took all my information just to say multiple lenders would call (no thank you) instead of SHOWING the current rates for multiple lenders based on the detailed info I provided. Wish I would not have.
WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. GOT ME AN ANSWER IN NO TIME AT ALL.DIDN'T FEEL INVASIVE, PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME thank you
The lack of rates after input of personal information is misleading.
People whom have bad credit we pay rent to, so why not lend us poor individuals a home loan too...smh
Need to get a pre-approval letter from whoever will finance a mortgage for me. I'm a single, disabled, on SSDI monthly beneficiary, homeless, low income, registered Lower Brule Native American woman wanting to open a small business preferably a brick and mortar on home property.
Good I admire people that accommodate and have time and patient with senor citizens
Should have it off for calls. Will not talk tonight. No calls on Sunday.
Good and really helpful because it was easy for me to follow directions
Fast, verification text sent, no deeply personal info sought
Ur here and I needed a line to start at so I am here doing just that
You SOBs baited me into thinking you were going to provide some kind of offer or service directly. But then after you get all of my information, which you will sell or get already getting paid for, you just list contact information to other lenders. I could have freaking done that without going through you clowns! DO NOT SHARE MY CONTACT INFORMATION with anyone and DO NOT CONTACT ME YOURSELVES!
I did not know this is for Loan-Depot and Rocket Mortgage? Are they the same?
Phone rings right away I want to see rates first not get phone call after phone call

Haven't really used your site but this one time, little hard to rate
So far so good. Would like to lower payments and lower interest rate of 7.99%.
Great Just waiting to see how much i can spend on a hot tub, si i can soak my body and feel better, and sleep good. Wakeup not hurting as bad as today. That would be so good, i might be able to do some work in the house, before it gets to hot. Then take a nap and let my body relax for a couple hours.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
